Now, this was actually the first I’d heard of this product and I don’t any more about it than what is said in the video. I can tell you this though, it is NEVER ok to restrict intake to the sort of starvation levels discussed here, for any period of time. Maybe on doctors orders because you have a colonoscopy the next day or something would be about the only circumstances I can think of.
I’ll tell you what else. There are people all over the world in athletic or just regular lean “beach body” shape without resorting to such drastic,restrictive and unhealthy means. Whether it’s on my program or some other similar or dissimilar training program, you most certainly can achieve your goal body through appropriate intake on a flexible dieting or intuitive eating plan.
Please don’t give money to people who encourage eating disorder level meal plans like this. It’s no better than teaching people how to throw up after every meal or something like that, as far as I’m concerned.
