As you know, this site is all about steering people away from unhealthy approaches, scam products and general nonsense information, and provide them with the information they need to successfully maintain a healthy goal weight, for life. For that matter, it is all about showing people how easy this actually is once you are armed with the right strategy.
There is SO MUCH unhelpful, bad and damaging information out there. Some of it is just people who don’t know any better repeating urban myths and misconceptions, and some of it is deliberate scams put out there by scumbags trying to further confuse and exploit vulnerable people. With such an over saturation of information available, it can sometimes be difficult to get noticed and be heard, especially when you’re just telling the simple, honest truth and not spamming people with garbage about “one simple trick that will solve all of your problems”.
There are no tricks, other than the tricks these scumbags use to scam people out of their money. But anyway, I digress.

- No Spamming.
Everyone hates spam, so don’t just go posting my url everywhere and pissing people off like that. So many of the scam products have paid “affiliates” spamming forums and facebook pages with “hey I just wanted to tell you about this great weight loss program” messages… we don’t want people to think we’re no different to the rest of them, right?
So no spamming!
- Start a training or progress blog.
Either here on wordpress, or on tumblr or blogspot or whatever platform you like, really. Write up and post a “daily training report” and tell people what you did that day, and be sure to mention that you’re doing the “weight loss exercise program from lose weight no bullshit” (or something like that) with a link back to my site.
This is also a great way to stay motivated, and to network with other people who are as enthusiastic as you and I about getting hot and healthy through training and sensible eating habits.
- Share my articles.
Share and reblog my entries on your twitter as well as on your training and progress blog.
- Google Plus.
If you have a google plus profile, on your “about” page there’s a space for links to sites you contribute to, so set up a link to your training blog there. Just below this is a space for other links, so add a link to Lose Weight, No Bullshit there too.
- Post a testimonial on my Facebook page.
