I really should get organised and just finish one project at a time instead of floating back and forth randomly between 3 or 4 different ones. But anyway!
The exercise componant included in my free program here requires a gym membership, or at least some home gym equipment. Really I think… you know, us trainers can try to tell people what they want to here about “you don’t have to go to the gym, we can do all sorts of activities whatever you prefer”… but if you’re really serious about the best possible results, you’re going to join the gym and start smashing some heavy ass weights against each other with a good resistance program like my Power, Precision & Pump routine.
For some people though… well for whatever reason, they’re not ready yet.
So, I’m about to launch a three week “Get Up & Get Active” program which is going to do just what the name implies; get people up, get them active, and get them ready to confidently walk into the gym in 3 weeks time already feeling like they are on the road to success in getting into shape and in life in general.
Fortunately I already have a “by email” program from a few years back which is a walking & body weight resistance program, plus motivation and education. I’m in the process of reviewing and updating it, and I’ll make it available again before the end of the week. For FREE.
