These are my delicious oat + protein pancakes, with lite vanilla ice cream and sugar free maple syrup. If you’re doing paleo, you can’t have any. If you’re on some stupid Very Low Calorie Diet, you miss out.
But if you’re wisely doing IIFYM, you can make it work.
Admittedly my calorie requirements are almost certainly a lot higher than yours, so it’s easy for me… but the point is, a weightloss plan doesn’t have to be strictly boring and bland foods.
By the way the recipe is just eggs, oats and some whey protein powder. You could put a splash of milk in if you wanted as well. Play around with the ratio of ingredients and you can make these fit your macros pretty easily.
